SPECIAL COMMENTS:

All check outs @ 12:00 Noon. Check–ins at 12:00 Noon. Rental RV’s check–in @ 2:00 P.M.  Please vacate your site on time .Extensions must be approved. Only CASH OR TRAVELERS CHECKS: will be accepted for camping/ recreational charges. We do not accept any credit cards. PETS : must remain leashed at all times and owners are expected to clean up after their pets. Owners will be charged for pet damage to our facility. Do not park your vehicle on the grass for any reason. All RESERVATIONS: via the telephone require a 50% deposit made by check or money order which must be received within 10 days. In the event that this is not timely, telephone reservations can be made using Master Card or Visa. Your credit card is used for conformation and security only, and will not be charged unless you fail to arrive and do not cancel your reservations. CANCELLATION:  A seven day notice for non- holiday reservations; a fourteen day notice for holiday reservations. All vacation rental campers require a fourteen day notice of cancellation. All canceled reservations will be charged a fee of $10.60 per site to cover processing and toll-free phone charges. REFUNDS: are gladly given for properly canceled reservations. We do not give refunds for low water, high water, noise, spousal attitudes, attention deficit disorder, sleep deprivation and of course mud and rain. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All rates other than Group Tent camping is based on two persons per site. There is an additional charge of $4.00 per night for each additional person. This includes everyone over the age of two years old. All visitors to your site must check- in at the office. Visitors must park their vehicles in graveled areas only. Campground Rules are posted at our office and all campers are requested to please read them. DIRECTIONS: From I-64 take the Alderson / Alta exit ( # 161) and follow  route # 12 south for 10 miles to the town of Alderson. As you enter Alderson, turn left on route 63 east.  Our campground is located 4 miles of Alderson on route 63.  The campground entrance is located on the right. Please look for signs. THIS PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP.
