ABOUT THE FISH
The variety and quality of fish that inhabit the Greenbrier make it a fisherman's paradise. An ample population of trophy small mouth bass propagate in the ideal habitat of stone ledges and boulders of the central region. The prized walleye pike may be caught in the deeper pools, but the scrappy rock bass is found most abundantly the entire length of the river. The larger fish live in the lower section of the river where smallmouth bass, rock bass and channel, mud, and shovel-head catfish may be caught.
HOT FISHING TRIPS
Several fishing trips of various lengths are
available either upstream or downstream from our location. We outfit the
entire 158 mile length of the Greenbrier and will take you where you
need to be for hot smallmouth action. We can design custom trips for the
novice or the seasoned fisherman ranging from one to five days on the
river. Custom trips and mini-vacations require advance reservations.
Complete outfitting with professional guides is our specialty. Regular
fishing trips can start as early as 7:00 a.m. and all end by 5:30 p.m..
